How to create a user in the ZenduOne portal ?
This article explains how to create a user in the ZenduCam portal.
Create a User in ZenduCam Portal
Navigate to the “Admin” tab
Click the “+ Create User” button
Fill out all of the required fields
Keep security clearance as “No Access”. The driver will be able to access jobs on mobile but will not be able to log in the admin portal.
Make sure that the “Driver” slider is turned ON
It is recommended that both the “Send Login Email” (automatically send the driver an email and SMS message containing a link to where they can download the ZenduOne application and their login credentials) and “Fetch location from mobile GPS” (needed when setting up a mobile device) checkboxes are checked.
Click the “Add New User” button when you are done making changes
