Add Device - Trax ZenduCam
This article demonstrates the steps to follow to add a device in Trax ZenduCAM.
Only Admins will have access to adding the device.
Steps
1. Login to ZenduCam/Trax where you have the ZenduCam Add-in
2. Click on 'Admin'
3. Click on 'Devices'
4. Click on 'Create Device'
5. Fill in all of the information needed. tracker type will be Smartwitness if you have Smartwitness cameras, and ZenduCAM SS if Z6 cameras
6. Enter the Geotab Serial number if there is a Geotab device in the vehicle as well
7. Once completed, click on 'Add'
You have successfully added a new Device (Connected to Geotab device) in ZenduCam.
